SALT SPRING ISLAND LOCAL TRUST AREA SPECIAL PROPERTY TAX REQUISITION
The Salt Spring Island Local Trust Committee is seeking a $75,500 special property tax requisition for the 2021/22 fiscal year to continue funding the coordination of freshwater policy on Salt Spring Island through the Salt Spring Island Watershed Protection Alliance (SSIWPA).
This special property tax requisition will support the continued coordination of community, government, and non-government organizations working together to develop a framework and strategy to protect watersheds and preserve drinking water sources on Salt Spring Island.
